Shipping Policy

• Shipping is charged at flat fee of $15 for EXPRESS deliver via Australia Post.
• Chads Offroad Set Ups shall ship the products purchased by the Customer at the address indicated on the order. 
• The cost of shipping and handling of each delivery are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise stated on the invoice, and the amount will be explicitly shown on the invoice or on a separate document. Payment of products is done using the method chosen when the order and, in the absence of choice must be made ​​by bank transfer.
• Delivery of products ordered are for guidance only, and may be delayed due to circumstances from Chads Offroad Set Ups force majeure, traffic conditions or road conditions, act of the Authority or other difficulty occurred, even if foreseeable. Any delay in the provision or delivery of the Products due to force majeure or circumstances independent of controllable Chads Offroad Set Ups will result in cancellation of the order or claims for refunds or compensation from Chads Offroad Set Ups. 
• At the time of delivery, the customer agrees to ensure that the number of packages of products corresponds to what is indicated on the invoice, and that the packaging is not damaged or altered. Any defects in the packaging or defects found on the Products must be immediately reported to the carrier, adding the word "withdrawal conditional" on the accompanying document, and will subsequently confirmed by registered mail with return receipt requested, the address of which is explained in the document, no later than the end of 8 days after delivery, with specific indication of defects found and transmission of relative photographic evidence. Once signed the slip, the customer can not make other claims about the appearance of the goods. 
• Any hidden defects of the Products that are not visible and not noticed upon delivery should still be reported by the customer within 8 days of the discovery and as required by law.

Returns Policy

• Any product that has a legitimate factory fault that has not in any way been modified will be refunded or replaced.
